Eligibility

Access to and use of the php36 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. php36 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game offered on the php36 platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of php36 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of php36, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by php36 or by any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

php36 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the php36 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. php36 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, php36 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings therein.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. php36 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php36 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. php36 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify php36 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

php36 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by php36 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. php36 may suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

php36 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. php36 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. php36 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required. php36 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the php36 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). php36 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

php36 employs fraud detection systems to monitor all financial transactions. Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions may be suspended pending investigation. php36 reserves the right to reverse any transaction and close any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

php36 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your php36 account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• php36 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• php36 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other prohibited conduct.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

Gameplay Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the php36 platform — including live dealer games, slot machines, table games, bingo, and jackpot games — are operated in accordance with their respective game rules. Random number generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment visible on camera.

5.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, php36 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a malfunction, php36 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. php36 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the php36 platform and are displayed within each game interface. php36 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before placing wagers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php36 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the php36 platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the php36 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any php36 software or system.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward php36 staff or other players.

php36 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Responsible Gaming

php36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. php36 offers the following responsible gaming features, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the php36 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the php36 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of php36 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the php36 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any php36 content without the prior written consent of php36. Any unauthorized use of php36 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, php36 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the php36 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if php36 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

php36's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your php36 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

php36 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Termination

php36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to closure after notice).

Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to php36) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon termination for breach.

You may close your php36 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall limit php36's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

Amendments

php36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, php36 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated terms on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the php36 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
